Giormani won the ‘Top 10 SME Customer Service Excellence Award 2013’ organized by the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence. The award-winning enterprises not only provide customers with excellent service, but also go through the mystery shop visits and interview with Jury. The jury members were formed by the relevant government departments and the chamber of SME. The enterprises were assessed by the criteria of ‘customer first, careful & timely response to customer needs, innovative & flexible service concept, teamwork, and professional & neat appearance’. Giormani was glad to get such professional recognition and promised continually to pursue the service culture of ‘customer-oriented & customer-first’, in order to bringing high-quality home life to Hong Kong customers.
