Launched for 29 years, the “Service & Courtesy Award” has been successful in promoting the awareness of service within the retail industry.  After the written tests and interviews, our sales supervisor and salesman was honored “Service and Courtesy Award (Junior Frontline Level)” and “Outstanding Performance Award (Junior Frontline Level)” in the category of “Furniture & Home Accessories”.  They said that it was a valuable experience in entering this competition because it provided a platform to compete with other participants in the similar working field as well as an opportunity to consider the ways of enhancing the service quality in order to bring excellent shopping experience to customers.
